[sugar] pygobject patches in jhbuild not applied

I saw the same issue yesterday and mine was caused by:
That the patch is applied you have to remove the pygobject-2.14.0 directory in 
sources. The apply step is only done after downloading the sources. It should 
happen as well when you add a new patch for example but current it doesn't.
