[sugar] pygobject patches in jhbuild not applied

Hi,

had to apply manually the pygobject patches in
../../config/modulesets/patches and rebuild pygobject, because of
http://dev.laptop.org/~joel/sugar-jhbuild.log (from shenki).

Anybody knows why this is not automatic?
