[sugar] abiword 2.6 ETA?

Hello,

as with csound and etoys I am asking here not on upstream lists, since I 
hope there are people who know the answers and since it pertains to 
sugar, other distros' packagers can benefit.

Are there still license obstacles that prevent abiword 2.6 from being 
released and consequently packaged? The collab features are not 
available AFAICT in 2.4 which is the current in Debian/Ubuntu
