[sugar] How to display activity help files

Hello, I'm working on porting the gvr program to the XO.

An important part of this program are the lessons, exercises and help files.
I was wondering if there's a "preferred" way of displaying such files,
I mean is there some
sort of central "helpviewer" app or should each activity provide their
own viewer?

BTW, the files are available in any format.
