[Server-devel] Registered XOs not able to log on to Moodle with cloned XS

Hi,

 

We have cloned some XSs using a master which was set up but with no admin XO
registered. I.e. no users at time of cloning.

 

The cloned hard drives were then installed in identical machines and after
appropriate tinkering they perform fine - with one exception. 

 

Enabling and using the admin account we can log on and browse the server
with any machine, XO or otherwise.

 

We can register XOs and they appear in the list of users, when viewed with
an admin machine.

 

However, even when registered, they cannot access the server. The Moodle log
on screen appears. If you click on the home page link top left (of the
Moodle logon page) it does not let you in. Rebooting everything etc, does
not help. 

 

I would appreciate any leads as to fixing this issue.
