[Server-devel] Install XS: is it necessary if I already use Fedora?

The latest stable build is based on Fedora 9 (latest dev is on Fedora 11). My suggestion, install a VM with XS 0.6. Many things have changed from F9 to 13 and some scripts might be broken.

This is my first contact in the list (it is nice to talk to you).

I am a researcher at Unicamp, a brazilian University.

I want to install a test XS server in my personal desktop. Only for tests.
I am already a Fedora user (release 13 - Goddard). I saw XS installation
guide and it instructs to install another fedora. It it necessary? What do
you recommend?
