Hey, thanks for all this great help. 

This is a small 1000 deployment in PNG and the schools will not have much
support, so we want to keep things simple and not customise too much until
they learn from the pilot. We will rename the resources, meanwhile, and look
out for tips on an XS based solution, thanks.

Hopefully an XS expert might be able to answer this.

In the Browse activity that you are using, it doesn't seem possible for
the user to force a download.
