Even more updates today, the moodle code has been pushed out, meaning
we now have Moodle controlling ejabberd. The control in in a flag that
doesn't have a UI yet: $CFG->jabberxs_enrolments_by_course=true;
And the fight with ejabberd's mod_shared_roster isn't finished yet.
For @online@, all is honky-dory because I fixed it explicitly in the
@online@ patch. For other SRGs, the presence doesn't work
transparently -- see http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/9242
