but this does:
    $ su root -c '/bin/touch "$@"' -- /bin/touch "one two" -d
    Password: 
    /bin/touch: option requires an argument -- 'd'

is there a reason to use runuser?  it doesn't look like it's
being used for anything su can't handle.
