[Server-devel] Concerns about ejabberd + 767

Folks,

I haven't done a very good job tracking the server-devel list over the
last couple weeks so I apologize if my questions have been answered in
earlier traffic on this list.

I would like to know if anyone here has seriously tested build 767
together with XS 0.4? Specifically the ejabberd and ID manager.

In my experience working w/ ejabberd intermittently over the last 9
months I have never had it work on first installation. This could be due
to various errors of my own doing.

ejabberd is the backbone of collaboration in a dense school environment.
Has anyone tested ejabberd consistently day-after-day in a school
environment? Our pilot schools are still using XS 163 and we never got
ejabberd to work properly.

We are deploying to a new school later this week and the only loose ends
right now is the idmgr and ejabberd. Prithak Sharma and Tony Anderson
are working very hard on getting the XS ready for this week's
deployment.

I am not looking to diagnose a particular error here but rather find out
if anyone has had ejabberd work consistently with os767 + XS 0.4.
thanks
