[Server-devel] OTP for Root Passwords for the XS

Hi XS'ers!

with ds-backup out of the way, I'll be working soon on the handling of
root passwords for the XS (actually, Rahul seems to be ahead of me
packaging SOTP). I've written up my plan -- which has already been
discussed a bit verbally with Wad, jg, Michael Stone and at FUDConf,
but I don't think I had written it up. So here it is:

I am interested in comments about the scenarios - keeping in mind that
many things are impossible to do no matter how desirable - and about
the implementation plan. And help, of course :-)
