absolutely, we will try to put forward a spec for you guys to implement.

The less work we have to do, the better :)

Will try to put forward a basic tech spec for the ID manager. Would be
great to get Martin's help on this because I am only a novice Linux
sysadmin and minimal experience w/ Moodle.
