 - subscribe to server-devel@
 - read the install guide and the blueprints  and design docs on the wiki
 - read server-devel@ ;-)
 - search server-devel@ !
 - come to my XS 101 course at XOcamp or watch the resulting videos!

CScott's posted the videos of my XS presentation at Sugarcamp - they
are on youtube.

It will be great if someone records the event and posts it (as
CScott's done). XS docs in the wiki need quite a bit of love too, but
getting acquainted with the state & design of the XS I guess comes
first :-)
