[Repairs] Repair manual on the wiki

basic background on this is that we really need repair documentation. please
help build on this and improve it - good documentation is key.

[[Screen replacement]] is up in a beta-ish form. the pictures that are there
now are mostly useable, although i'm going to bring in my D40 tomorrow and
try and get nicer ones. the autofocus on the camera i borrowed wasn't much
interested in playing nice...

if anyone has suggestions, please let me know!
