I'm confused.  What is reported in SA is that the laptop does not charge 
or that it just maintains a constant level.  Your report says that it 
charges up till full.  I'm not following how that is a similar phenomenon.

What build are you running?  olpc-pwr-log has been in the build since 
8.2.0 (build 767)
