[OLPC-Peru] [Server-devel] Collaboration between schools

I recently spent a week with the team that will be operating the OLPC
support out of the UGELs and I found them to be anything but
controlling. They were all extremely enthusiastic about collaboration
and communication. But there are currently infrastructure constraints
that will need to be overcome. Much of the conversation during the
week was in regard to how to do end runs around some of these
limitations in the short term. I think the vector is pointing in the
right direction.
