[Peripherals] Alternitive Power for Developing Countries

Yes alternative power solutions are really needed, great to see people
work on them.
Please do discuss your plans before going ahead with them. Some of us
have been involved in such efforts and we can share what we learnt,
what works best, what doesn't etc.
