[Openec] Welcome!

Hi all

how are we going to manage the forth code and the C code,
when is better to have forth and when C..?


for now im going to define the kb3700 specific registers in C and also do
commits to frieders code in the open Ec repo.
but we should implement a tree for the forth code inside  the repo or
something...

what do you think..?
