Hi!

This is your regular weekly harassment email from the Mel. :) What's up
with server, curriculum, development, and repairs teams? What are you
doing this week, what do you need? Please send replies to list (reply-all).

Things needed that I'm not sure what the status is on follow. Noting
deadline for figuring these all out is 4/1 as that's deployment day.

Yifan, Server: when are you setting up at CFS? You can pick a date and
tell the CFS people (afaik you have contact info, let me know if not and
I'll make sure you get it) when you're coming. Also, when do you want to
come show the teachers how to use moodle? Same deal, pick a date /
coordinate directly w teachers, let me know if you need contact info.

Sandra, curriculum: What dates/times can you come in each week and what
do you plan to do? Can you please email Katelyn and Mack (cc list) and
coordinate on how to set up between your two pings?

Xy, repairs: How long do you need for an initial training session with
the student tech team? What dates/times can you come, that you want to
do this during?

Elsa, development: I think you're set for this week (nothing on the todo
list) though on a separate, non CFS note, I'd love to hear more about
Friday's "learn to code Sugar" sprint!

All: What are you doing this week, what do you need?

Reply to list, but also feel free to ping me privately if you want to
sync up more. I may send these emails on Monday next week, just fyi.

Do you have a team you want to be pinged for this deployment? What can
you do / what do you want to learn? Send me a contact person and a
summary of interests and I'll add you to this list of weekly folks-to-ping.

PS: Owen, should I add you? We could probably use an in-Cambridge XS
support crew if you're looking for a focus to get started on by helping
with an existing effort - if you want a new project, we have *nobody* on
translation tech efforts here in Boston... hammering on bugs upstream
also a good start if you want to host a testing sprint at MIT to
parallel/follow the dev sprint at Olin.)
