[OLPC_Boston] Laptops for Batswana kids

I live in Boston but originally I am from Botswana in Africa. I have always been interested in this project of educating kids in the rural areas using new technology. Reading about the XO laptops I could imagine exactly how it can be a fit and can benefit kids in my country as I am the product of such environment. I just came back from visiting Botswana and talking to some people that I know who are in the education system there reinforced my believe that I was right this is what is needed to advance the educational system there.
 
My intention right now is to get as much information as I can about the project, including talking to some people with knowledge of how the project works with the aim of eventually getting the laptops in some of the classrooms in Botswana.
