[OLPC_Boston] CFS pilot status? (for IL deployment team)

Yifan + 1 - I'm curious about the CFS pilot timeline myself, since 
there's been talk about having teacher workshops around 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon/FUDConF11 which is Jan 9-11 and I'm 
curious whether there might be some schedule overlap opportunities around.

Can we get a quick roadmap/timeline please?
