Morgan,

Thank you for your timely response.

I would love to meet with you when I am in Cape Town in June. Our 50x15
summit is different from the WEF event, but I imagine our VP of 50x15
Dan Shine will be attending the WEF event as well.

Daniel,
Do you have any more information on what you had planned to do with
OLPC? Perhaps I can help?

Neo,
If you think it is okay, I would love to visit the Klipton Youth Project
while I am in South Africa as well. Please let me know if we can make
this happen.

Thank you all for your time,
Rebecca

Hi Rebecca

I'm a software engineer working for OLPC from Cape Town.

At this stage we have a deployment in Johannesburg at the Kliptown Youth
Project in Soweto, of 100 XOs, funded through a donor. I have cc'ed Neo,
who is involved with that project.

We don't yet have a deployment in Cape Town, although there will be one
starting in August, funded through the Give Many program.

I have been in touch with Daniel Lambert at the World Economic Forum
about an event in Cape Town - I'm not sure if it is the same event, but
he did mention AMD and OLPC.

Regards
Morgan Collett
