this sounds like a really great project!
in fact, we're going to be running a heritage day campaign later this
month to focus on getting people to upload and freely licence photos,
audio stories etc under an open content licence for wikimedia commons
- we can link to http://www.laptop.org.za/drupal/wiki/ProjectContent
(or anything more specific that would be helpful to OLPC?)
best idea is to focus is on a limited time duration campaign and for
there to be a physical station where people can come to find out more/
discuss/get technical help etc.
we're doing our heritage day event at rosebank mall in johannesburg
on a really tight budget, but for the comic book campaign you might
want to do it at a relevant conference/event?
Best
heather.
