Hola me suscribí a IAEP anteayer.

FWD este mail de IAEP para los que hayan aplicado para miembros de sugar.
Espero que muchos participen y que entonces tengamos un vínculo fluido con
los que diseñaron en parte las laptops azul y verde.

No traduzco palabra a palabra pero resumo lo mejor que puedo:
El 2010-11-10 23:59 EST  vence el plazo para aplicar a miembros de sugar.
Que los listados acá  recibirán "ballots" para votar entre el 14 y el 28 y
que están trabajando para procesar las aplicaciones antes del 14.

Además pide !!!  que las personas que no incluyeron sus mails al
registrarse  (aparecen en la lista con un No en rojo)  estén alertas de que
no tienen entonces forma de enviarles las "ballots" para participar de la
elección.

Espero que esto sirva para acercar a los que querían participar,  yo mandé
mi solicitud sin saber si correspondía o no, porque aunque no corresponda
participar en la votación o no lleguen a tiempo a procesar las solicitudes (
apenas sé yo que se vota por ejemplo )  está bueno acercarnos ( mas allá del
idioma) a las comunidades que nos invitan a entender el sw que usaremos en
educación pública.

Hi all,

This is an informational mail; nothing has changed since my previous
date announcement last month.

By Wednesday, 2010-11-10 23:59 EST, all applications for membership must
be submitted if they are to be considered valid for the upcoming election.

On the 13th, all applications submitted before this deadline will be
processed, and ballots will go out the next day. The voting period ends
two weeks later, on the 28th.

If you're not listed on
<http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Labs/Members/List>,  we don't know
to send you a ballot!

"NO" next to their name. If you are this person, or you know how we can
contact them, let me know and I'll fix it in the database.
