Irónicamente la licencia de los logos de Copyright Commons es la
siguiente:

	Creative Commons licenses the use of its trademarked CC logo in
	the context of its Public Domain Dedication Mark (shown
	immediately to the right) on the condition that licensee use the
	mark solely to point to the Creative Commons Public Domain
	Dedication on the Creative Commons server or otherwise uses it
	to describe that the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication
	applies to a particular work; and provided that, to the extent
	the licensee uses the mark in an online environment, licensee
	does not alter or remove the hyperlink embedded in such logo as
	made available on Creative Commons webpage. Creative Commons
	retains full, unfettered, and sole discretion to revoke this
	trademark license for any reason whatsoever or for no specified
	reason.  Creative Commons is particularly likely to revoke said
	license if, in its full, unfettered, and sole discretion, it
	finds that licensee’s use of the mark is likely to bring
	disrepute to licensor or its mark.

De la misma forma, el proyecto debian tiene un logo oficial, cuyo
copyright dista bastante de ser libre (nótese que también tienen un logo
libre, el cual el mucho más conocido :P):

	Debian Official Use Logo License

	Copyright (c) 1999 Software in the Public Interest

	1. This logo may only be used if:
	  * the product it is used for is made using a documented
	    procedure as published on www.debian.org (for example
	    official CD-creation), or
	  * official approval is given by Debian for its use in this
	    purpose

	2. May be used if an official part of debian (decided using the
	   rules in I) is part of the complete product, if it is made
	   clear that only this part is officially approved

	3. We reserve the right to revoke a license for a product

	Permission has been given to use the official logo on
	clothing (shirts, hats, etc) as long as they are made by a
	Debian developer and not sold for profit.

Para el logo oficial de GNU, se encuentra el siguiente párrafo:

	If you want to use the GNU head to link to a website run by the
	Free Software Foundation or the GNU project, feel free, or if
	you're using it in contexts talking about GNU in a supportive
	and accurate way, you can also do this without permission. For
	any other requests, please ask campaigns en fsf.org for permission
	first.

y no encontré en la página ninguna aclaración a otra licencia más
formal. Así que por tanto la licencia del logo que utiliza actualmente
la FSF en los ítems con el emblema de GNU, no sería tampoco tan libre.

Por eso, tratandose de un logo oficial, y comprendiendo la postura de
los creadores del mismo, OPINO que una licencia como la del logo de GNU,
sería bastante adecuada a la obra de Alejandro Rodríguez.

No hay por qué ser más papistas que el Papa.
