[Olpc-uk] Action pumpo

I've been asked "what is OLPC UK actually doing" and so I re-organised
the OLPC UK wiki page to try to make it easier for people to a) find
out; and b) get involved.

We're doing:

* a pilot
* media outreach (I think)
* making stuff others can use in their OLPC lives)
* lending laptops to people so they can make stuff
* repairing laptops
