[Olpc-uk] Introduction from me

Hi,

I thought I'd introduce myself on the OLPC UK mailing list. I'm David, 26,
from Brighton, UK. I've been following the OLPC project for about a year
now, and was happy to find this christmas that I can order one from
Amazon.co.uk on the 'give one, get one' scheme, so I did.

I know lots of people in Brighton that would be very receptive to the
concept of the project, I think it's a real shame that the project has not
received more media publicity and support in the UK thus far. I'm interested
in meeting more people in the UK that want to contribute. I'd like to find
out what I can most usefully do; what the OLPC community needs most. I have
technical skills; Linux system administration, python development with
pygame and web development skills in PHP, which might be of use.

Hopefully people will introduce themselves on this list and we can build up
a UK community :)
