For, [16:37:51] <dogi> #action dogi set up ubuntu 9.04 for testwiki,  will
you establish at least 2 partitions, one for systems, and another for data?
 For example, permissions on folders under /var/lib/mediawiki/images/ in the
default install are rwxrwxrwx,  so user uploads could fill the partition.

I'm an apprentice in sysadmin, so others please step forward.
