[Olpc-sysadmin] Bugger me backwards

I've just reverted several hundred vandalism page moved by user "Bugger me
backwards".  This is the second substantial page-move attack by named users
in recent weeks, the other was tens of vandalism page moves.  We've got a
problem with socks created for vandalism that seems to be getting worse.

1)  What tools have we got to help combat this sort of vandalism.  I'm
getting tired of doing this manually via the move-log "revert" links.

2) Why are there separate "private" lists for wiki-gang and the OLPC
Volunteer Infrastructure Group?  This seems unecessarily duplicative.
