[Olpc-sysadmin] Security certificate on dev.l.o expired

I got a security warning from my browser that the certificate at d.l.o was
invalid.  Sure enough, looking at the cert, it expired on 6/6/09 (see
attached screenshot).  This should be simple enough to correct and worth the
effort.
