[Olpc-sysadmin] the wiki css is down... what happened?

Interesting.  While logged in, I lost my local cache of the css, and I
could browse the site indefinitely without refreshing it (until I
forced a refresh of any particular page).  I'm guessing it's related
to a squid setting.
