Comentarios adicionales sobre el propósito de Adam de retornar *LOVE* a
Sugar Labs.



Mientras que los plazos para postularse como candidato y para recibir una
boleta han sido remitidos a la wiki y a las listas de correo, ha habido
alguna confusión acerca de las fechas de la elección.
 El Consejo Supervisor ha quedado con la impresión de que debía mantenerse
la fecha en Octubre.
El Comité de Elección estaba planeando colocarla en Noviembre.

 * Posiblemente, hubo una inadecuada comunicación a la comunidad respecto de
varios aspectos relativos a la elección, y ciertamente no ha habido una
campaña los suficientemente agresiva para tratar de captar los votos.

 * Adicionalmente, ha surgido una problemática adicional como resultado del
alejamiento de Tomeu del Consejo Supervisor.

Por ambos motivos, el Consejo Supervisor recomienda extender, hasta el
cierre del 1º de Noviembre de 2010, el período para registrarse como miembro
y/o como candidato (a fin de poder ser elegido en la votación).
El Comité de Elección ha estado de acuerdo
con estas propuestas de cambio condicionado a:
1) Que también se postergue por dos semanas la propia elección a fin de
brindar suficiente tiempo para preparar las boletas de votación,   y
2) que haya un consenso de la comunidad a partir de que se enteren de estas
propuestas de cambio.

Para resumir, a no ser que haya una oposición de parte de la comunidad:
 
 * La elección será fijada entre el 14 y el 20 de noviembre de 2010.   Las
boletas de votación serán enviadas por correo electrónico a todos los
miembros de Sugar Labs.

 * Para ser elegible como candidato en esta elección, usted tiene que
haberse hecho miembro
 de Sugar Labs hasta el 1 de noviembre de 2010. 

Para ser agregado a nuestra lista de miembros envíe un correo electrónico a
members en sugarlabs.org.

 * Usted todavía puede 'lanzar su sombrero en el ruedo' añadiendo su nombre
a la lista de
 los candidatos en el wiki
[http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Oversight_Board/2010-2011-candidates] o
enviándome un e-mail a mi (Walter)  o a Luke (que ocupa un lugar en el
Comité de Elección), hasta el 1º de Noviembre del 2010.

of Sugar Labs by 1 November 2010. Send email to members en sugarlabs.org
in order to added to our membership list.
* You may still 'throw your hat into the ring' by adding your name to
the candidates list in the wiki

by sending email to me or Luke (chair of the Election Committee) by 1
November 2010.
