This version improves text to speech highlighting.  Instead of doing a black background with white letters for the highlighted text I simply make it bold.  This means that text can be highlighted as an annotation (yellow background + underline) and highlighted for text to speech at the same time, so you don't have the situation where the annotation highlight disappears while the spoken word is being highlighted.  The text highlighting still lags behind the spoken word on the XO laptop, but should be OK on most other PCs.
