[Sur] Otra cara del Plan Ceibal

Lo que se denomina la otra cara del Plan Ceibal es su verdadero rostro.
Derecho a la información, a una educación de calidad con equidad. Los mismos
niños de cabeza rapada que fotografían con sus XO, son los niños de nuestra
patria que crecen, juegan y disfrutan con este dispositivo en nuestros
Andes, nuestras costas y selva. Máquinas que en la geografía de las escuelas
privadas y de élite serían tan comunes como un iPod.

Cuándo llegaba a la escuela de Churuja en la región Amazonas y veía a los
niños y llegar felices con sus XO, corría por mi mente un sentimiento de
alegría de saber que ellos tenían la oportunidad que nunca tuvieron. He
tenido la posibilidad de conocer escuelas en donde están las XO. Las cosas
son otras, las familias y la comunidad son otras iluminadas por la pantalla
inquieta de estas maquinitas colo verde manzana.

Saludos desde Lima a todos los maestros y maestras uruguayas que están
cargando pilas para iniciar el año 2009.
