Cherry and Jakub,

I was also thinking about doing some screencast/video scenarios so the
students (and teachers) can see what to do.
I will be happy to work with you on this Cherry when you return.

That being said, the most common troubleshooting questions (for our kids)
have been:
1. "I'm not connected to the internet!" (I show them the Network View and
how to connect to our schoolserver).
2. "I can't find my work!" (I show them the Journal and how it works).
3. "How do I save my project?" (I show them how to use the Sugar toolbars
and how to save whatever they are working on. I typically also show them,
right then, how to resume their work for the next session).
4. "My computer won't go on" (I show them how to make sure they are plugged
in and charging).
5. "I can't find (activity name) in the circle!" (I show them how to use the
list view to indicate/remove favorites).

I hope this helps.
Thanks.
Gerald
