You csan either do the online upgrade using olpc-update or use
olpc-update with the USB switch. Details are on the wiki. Or, one of
us can help you with the upgrade.

There's firefox 3 that you can get with the new release and a whole
lot more activities. I usually use the browse activity (sending this
via Browse right now) and ssh for other things. I also occasionally
use the Read activity for books. Then there is the new Jukebox
activity I've been meaning to try...
