I just found this. It is instructions on how to overclock both CPU and 
memory on an XO.

Read the WARNINGS. You could damage your XO. You also MUST have a 
Developers Key:

However, many have been able to get boost the speed of their XO about 
20%. I'd suggest trying:  "5dd"  as a magic number (see the link.) BTW, 
To get the boost you need to reenter the settings prior to each boot.
