Well I think they should be (at least on OLPC's part) if it came from
Contributor's program. The listing described the item as "jailbreaked"
meaning the unit was activated and the developer key downloaded. OLPC
should be able to provide a list of XO-1 machines sent to the
Philippines from the Contributor's program.
