I share the enthusiasm, but note that the above isn't specific enough;
there are Creative Commons licenses (for example, the Non-Commercial
license, or the No-Derivative-Works licenses) which are not at all fair
game for OLPC to distribute.  Not all of Creative Commons' licenses are
free culture licenses.
