Those stations are your neighbors' wireless networks (physical neighbors, the
other people on your street or in your apartment building).  The padlocks mean
that they are password-protected.

Crestwood might be the name of one of the other wireless networks.  OLPC uses
wireless networking to connect to the internet.  If you do not have a wireless
router, you will need to get one to connect your XO to the internet.
