[Olpc-open] FW: olpc and anti-corruption

In my experience people who want to participate in graft are not often
deterred by "requirements".  Unless the transaction could only occur via the
OLPC, I don't know how you could require it.  People would just turn off the
OLPC, give an envelope full of cash to the other person, then turn the OLPC
back on again.

I really don't see how it would work.
