I like the idea of free cell phone and a handy web browser for everyone, but
it's called "One Laptop Per Child", right? Maybe the question should be what
actually is the purpose of this program. Is it just governments giving away
free high-tech device to help the development of information society? Then
what's the point of "Per Child"?
