[Olpc-open] Laptop

I have a couple of questions.
1. what software would this have.
2. Is it possible for NGOs to buy these for children studying in their school. As the government has shown much interest thus i think the Ngo i work for will buy these . 
3. if NGO can place as order , then what is the min quantity for placing an order?
