[OLPC New Zealand] XO HDMI output missing the mouse pointer

Not sure where this problem lies: in Sugar, in Gtk, in X, or at a
lower level. If it at a low level, I am not sure there is anyone at
OLPC with the know-how to work on it. Maybe Quozi.

In any case, I'll write up a ticket.
