Correct, 10.1.1 did not support XO-1.5 HS laptop.
Please upgrade. 10.1.1 was released early July.

That is expected.
http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10213 has some of the development history
on the XO-1.5 HS Frame key support, but there's also a Sugar change that
is mentioned in passing.
