[OLPC-NYC] New to the group

Hey guys! Happy holidays and merry new year.

I just joined the NYC chapter and am looking to get involved with OLPC
efforts, either locally or abroad. I've been in software development for
about 7 years and am interested in putting my skills to use as a volunteer.
 What upcoming projects does the chapter have in 2013? I looked through the
wiki page but it seems like the meetup group is defunct,and most events
listed are from 2010. So what's up guys?
