Hi Jean,

I have checked up with the OLPCorps team deploying in Madagascar and since
we are in the middle of clearing the laptops we have decided not to enter
into any other process or agreements. The NGO the team is working with is
gathering the necessary documents and the team will give a progress report
on Monday.

I do believe that the other deployment that is about to begin in
Madagascar will also be handling their clearance process.

Please know that any memorandum of understanding involving OLPC must pass
through our legal counsel so if M. Herizo
RAKOTONDRAZAFY or the Government of Madagascar has specific questions or
requests for OLPC please do have him contact me.

Thank you very much for your support!

Nia
