Hi Linley,

OLPC France currently have an active deployment they are working with in
nearby Madagascar <http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Nosy_Komba>, so it may be
worthwhile communicating with them for advice on how you can get a OLPC
pilot started in Mauritius.
