[OLPC-Chicago] [Fwd: chicago or milwaukee jam, april 11-13?]

I recently learned of some interest for OLPC in Milwaukee. There are a few professors at the Milwaukee School of Engineering that either have XOs or have them ordered, and there is a senior design team that is in the beginning stages of creating a biomedical device that would work with the XO. Also, I met someone that works with alternative energy sources and has designed solar panels for the XO. There is a Wisconsin thread on http://olpcnews.com/forum that could get a little interest.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

It's not confirmed that I will go; I would primarily do it if it seems
a promising opportunity to host a jam and expand the community in
milwaukee. So let me know if you or friends in the area would be
interested in such a thing; or if you know of groups forming in the
area (at UW & marquette...)
