Would be good idea to have the audio of this, most of the excersises are
self aparent but without any guidance you are not sure what the video is
trying to demostrate.

I would encourage the original authors to use auadacity or some other sound
editor to record a narration and then with a video editor like kdenlive or
cinelerra to mix audio and video and re-upload. Alternatively he could re-do
the video using screenr, a tool that allow you to do both from the web.
